Contract Manufacturer Management
Managing the technical relationship with your contract manufacturers, and working the problems through with them when something goes wrong.
Technical Transfer
Moving products between sites and manufacturers, including the quality (Module 3) sections of TGA and Medsafe submissions.
Analytical Method Development and Validation
Method development, validation and transfer, out of specification investigations and stability programs. I work in your lab with your chemists, so the knowledge stays with you.
Product Readiness Review
A fixed fee review of your brief and materials before you go to a contract manufacturer, for small and first time brand owners.
I'm not a formulator, and I don't advise on regulatory pathways or claims. Contract manufacturers develop the formulation and regulatory specialists set the pathway. My job is the technical work around them, and I'll tell you when something needs someone else.
Background
Much of my career has been spent where brand owners and manufacturers meet. I've worked across OTC consumer health, cosmetics, prescription medicines and quality operations, in Australia and overseas, including two years running quality assurance in Vietnam.
